Free Shipping Offer:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 2,999, except for bulky items.
Shipping Charges:
For orders under the value of Rs. 2,999, a shipping charge of Rs. 450 will be applied.
Order Processing Time:
Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Weekend and Holiday Processing:
Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Our standard delivery time is between 4 to 6 working days. Please note that there is no delivery service on Sundays.
During busy shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days due to increased demand.
Advance Payment for High-Value Orders:
For orders above the value of Rs. 15,000, an advance payment will be required. Our customer service team will contact you for payment information upon order confirmation.
Your order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the receipt of payment in our bank account.
Additional Weight Charges:
Orders with a weight exceeding 10 kilograms will incur an additional charge of Rs. 40 per extra kilogram.
